We are regulated by U.S.P.A.P., the “Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice”, and are ethically bound NOT to give the names of our previous clients. Many Appraisers do – some even advertise their client’s names on their websites! Personally, we feel this shows their glaring disregard for Privacy Laws and the ethical treatment of your information.

With that being said, we work with more businesses, banks, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals in 1 year than most other Appraisers do in their career. We work with EVERY industry and match the perfect Appraiser for each situation.

Regarding Previous Client Lists, we feel strongly that Client Privacy is far more important than dropping names. We have worked with some of the largest corporations in the world – and we have appraised many tiny businesses as well (along with everything in between).
